Service Policies

Payment Terms

Payments are to be be made in full on the negotiated date stated in your Valley Lawnscape Maintenance Agreement.

Methods of payment:

Service Days

Monday through Friday, 8 am - 4 pm
Saturday, 8 am - noon
- for catch up only

We will provide you with a scheduled day of service. Since we work in certain areas and neighborhoods on given days, we will most likely schedule you according our route. This allows us to meet our schedule so we can reach your home on the same day each week and offer you and your yard some consistency.

Schedule Changes and Skips

If you need to skip or re-schedule a service, please contact us 24 hours in advance at service@valleylawnscape.com.

Weather Delays

Not much holds us back. If the lawn is too wet in the morning, we will come back later that day. Safety and equipment functionality is our main concern here. Heavy rain will delay lawn service until it subsides and the ground is not too soft. We work through light rain and will even prune and cleanup in more adverse weather.

Pets/Yard Debris

If you have pets, please let us know. Also, put your pet up on the day we are scheduled to come out so that we can avoid escaped or injured pets. Please pick up toys and large sharp objects that may be on the lawn before we come out. These items can be hazardous to people, equipment and your home if they are thrown when hit by the mower.

Yard Access

Please leave gates unlocked on the day of your service so that we can take care of your yard without delay.

Service Issues

Please contact us the same day of service about any problems or inconsistencies you see in our service that day. We will correct any reasonable service errors at no cost.

Service Cancellation

You may cancel service at anytime with a 30 day notice.
